Deck overview

This is a Dimir self-mill/reanimator value deck built around Araumi of the Dead Tide. The core plan is to fill the graveyard with creatures and enablers, then use Araumi's encore ability to create multiple hasty token copies of a single high-impact creature, multiplying ETB and death triggers. The payoff suite is built around Gray Merchant of Asphodel drains, Massacre Wurm board shrinkage, Kairi, the Swirling Sky and Junji, the Midnight Sky death triggers, and combat pressure from Grave Titan, Wurmcoil Engine, and Reef Worm. Untap effects such as Pemmin's Aura, Aphetto Alchemist, Ioreth of the Healing House, and Vizier of Tumbling Sands allow multiple Araumi activations in a single main phase, while Songs of the Damned and Dark Ritual provide burst mana for multiple encore payments.
