Deck overview

This deck is a high-powered mono-blue artifact combo and blink shell commanded by Urza, Lord High Artificer. Its primary plan focuses on deploying early artifact ramp to cast Urza on Turn 3, establishing overwhelming mana velocity by tapping artifacts for blue mana. On Turn 4, the deck tutors and casts Isochron Scepter imprinting Dramatic Reversal. With nonland artifacts producing two or more mana, this forms an infinite untap loop, generating infinite blue and colorless mana. Urza converts this mana into an immediate victory by exiling the entire library and casting all spells without paying mana costs. The win is finalized on the same turn by overloading Cyclonic Rift, looping Reality Shift via Archaeomancer and Ghostly Flicker to exile all opposing libraries, or chaining Nexus of Fate. Robust countermagic including Force of Will and Fierce Guardianship protects the combo window.
