Deck overview

This is a mono-black sacrifice-and-reanimate combat deck built around The Meep's attack trigger, which converts a sacrificed creature's mana value into a team-wide power/toughness boost. The plan is to fill the graveyard with oversized threats - Shadow of Mortality (mana value 15), Triplicate Titan, Bygone Colossus, Ancient Brass Dragon - reanimate them cheaply, then feed one to The Meep on the attack and swing with an X/X army. The deck leans on a deep recursion suite (Reanimate, Persist, Victimize, Living Death, Apprentice Necromancer, Whisper, Blood Liturgist, The Soul Stone) and heavy black ramp (Cabal Coffers, Crypt Ghast, Nykthos, Shrine to Nyx). Backup wins include the Kokusho, the Evening Star reanimation/drain loop, devotion drain from Gray Merchant of Asphodel, Exsanguinate, Torment of Hailfire, Bolas's Citadel, and a Tainted Strike infect finish on a pumped attacker.
