Deck overview

Norin the Wary is a mono-red chaos-and-burn deck built around its commander's recursive end-step return. The primary plan is to cast Norin early, then use any spell cast or creature attack to exile him and bring him back at end step, triggering a suite of 'enters' payoffs-Impact Tremors, Purphoros, Warstorm Surge, and Terror of the Peaks-and damage-doublers like Furnace of Rath and Solphim. Secondary paths pivot to chaos/enchantment permanents (Confusion in the Ranks, Warp World, Possibility Storm) that disrupt opponents while gradually burning them out. Norin is simultaneously the engine and a self-protecting enabler; no other commander or hidden commander drives the list. The deck is resource-light but redundant in payoff pieces.
