This deck is a high-speed cEDH Izzet storm list helmed by Ral, Monsoon Mage. The primary game plan centers on deploying Ral on Turn 1 or 2 to reduce instant and sorcery costs, then leveraging format-ceiling fast mana and rituals to execute a decisive win on Turn 3. The main win condition uses Underworld Breach combined with Brain Freeze and Lion's Eye Diamond or positive rituals to mill your library, generate arbitrary mana, and eliminate the entire table in a single turn via library exhaustion or lethal Grapeshot.
