Elven Council by user1806004

Commander: Galadriel, Elven-Queen

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This is a Simic Elf-tribal value deck helmed by Galadriel, Elven-Queen, built around three interlocking subthemes: Elf token generation, a dense scry package, and the voting (will of council / secret council) mechanic. The primary plan is to flood the board with Elves, use lords like Elvish Archdruid and Haldir, Lorien Lieutenant to pump them, and close out with Overwhelming Stampede or a massive Genesis Wave. Galadriel turns each Elf ETB into a vote that either draws a card or grows the Ring-bearer, while engines like Elrond, Lord of Rivendell, Elvish Mariner, and Celeborn the Wise convert scrying into card selection and tempo. The deck wins through wide combat rather than any combo, with Elvish Piper and Hornet Queen providing alternate angles.
