Whtz and Cidz by TheStrayOtaku

Format: Commander

Commander: Whtz, the Bibliophile

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This 248-card Azorius build is a Whtz, the Bibliophile alternate-win deck that exploits the commander's Rulebreaker ability to ignore the normal deck-size limit. The primary game plan is to resolve Whtz, turn his {3} activation into a free draw-and-gain-life engine (the starting deck is well over 200 cards), then either find Battle of Wits while the library still contains 200+ cards or grind opponents out with a literal army of Persistent Petitioners. The fifty Cid, Timeless Artificer copies serve as cyclable dig, graveyard fuel for artifact lords, and a backup anthem for the artifact-creature subtheme. Cost reducers such as Etherium Sculptor, Foundry Inspector, and Urza, Lord Protector keep the dense artifact package cheap, while lords like Iron Man, Modern Marvel and Master of Etherium provide a combat fallback. It is a deck built around extreme redundancy and one very fragile enchantment win.
