Deck overview

This Abzan Lands deck is commanded by The Necrobloom, a potent engine that grants all land cards in the graveyard dredge 2 while generating 0/1 Plant tokens—or 2/2 Zombie tokens once seven differently named lands are controlled. The deck rapidly accelerates its mana through efficient ramp spells and land tutors like Crop Rotation and Elvish Reclaimer. By self-milling and sacrificing fetchlands, it sets up explosive mass recursion spells such as Scapeshift, Splendid Reclamation, and Lumra, Bellow of the Woods. These spells trigger massive waves of landfall tokens from both The Necrobloom and Field of the Dead. The strategy closes games on Turn 6 by overwhelming opponents with a lethal combat assault, frequently empowered by Craterhoof Behemoth or Felidar Retreat. Robust utility lands, graveyard recursion engines, and flexible removal provide exceptional resilience and consistency across long multiplayer games.
