Deck overview

This is a Rakdos noncreature-spell ping deck helmed by Black Waltz No. 3. The plan is to flood the board with redundant "magecraft" damage engines, then chain cheap instants, sorceries, rituals, and copy spells so every cast multiplies table-wide burn. The commander is a flying deathtouch body that turns each noncreature spell into 2 damage to each opponent, but the 99 already carries many parallel pingers (Guttersnipe, Kessig Flamebreather, Firebrand Archer, Electrostatic Field, Coruscation Mage, Kuja, Genome Sorcerer, Black Mage's Rod). Primary wins come from storming lethal noncombat damage in a single turn-often amplified by Harmonic Prodigy, Artist's Talent, or transformed Kuja-or from assembling infinite-mana copy loops off Mana Geyser plus Reiterate and burning the table out. The curve is very low (AMV ~2.23) with dense rituals and loot draw, so the deck plays as a fast, linear spellslinger that wants to go off before the table stabilizes.
