Deck overview

This deck is an Azorius tempo and aggro-control strategy led by Denzilore Fatehold. The game plan revolves around deploying early utility creatures and scry/surveil enablers, then flashing in Denzilore to transform every library manipulation effect into permanent +1/+1 counters across your entire battlefield. Token generators such as Saheeli, Consul of Oversight and Lyra, Tolarian Archangel widen the board, while repeatable filtering from cards like Rune-Sealed Wall and Jace planeswalker tokens steadily increases your team's combat power. The deck protects its board with efficient counterspells like Force of Will and defensive tricks like Take Up the Shield. Because it lacks fast combo finishes or stax locks, victory is achieved through evasive aerial combat over multiple turns, frequently capped off with an overloaded Cyclonic Rift to remove all potential blockers and close the game.
