New Untitled Deck by user2993519

Format: Commander

Commander: Raffine, Scheming Seer

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Raffine, Scheming Seer leads a disruptive Esper cEDH deck that assembles one table kill: put Phage the Untouchable into the graveyard, turn Taskmaster, Dimir Doppelganger, or Lazav into a Phage copy, and then cast Fractured Identity on that copy so every opponent controls a Phage token and loses to its enters-the-battlefield trigger. Raffine is the card-selection engine, using connive to pitch Phage and dig for Fractured Identity; Phage is the hidden commander. The deck is packed with tutors, fast mana, Silence/Voice/Grand Abolisher/Teferi lock pieces, and free counterspells. Secondary lines include hard-casting Phage from hand or reanimating it behind Stifle/Angel's Grace, with Snapcaster as a one-shot recovery for Fractured Identity.
