Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier is a spells-matter commander whose power doubles as a mana battery and a damage clock. The deck leans on cheap instants and sorceries to grow her, then uses Harmonic Prodigy to multiply Vivi and Wizard/Shaman triggers. Curiosity turns Vivi's drain into a draw engine; Niv-Mizzet, Parun and Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind offer a standalone infinite pinging loop; Grapeshot, Thousand-Year Storm, and Prismari, the Inspiration provide storm finishes. Young Pyromancer, Talrand, and Saheeli give token backup, while Underworld Breach and Past in Flames recycle the graveyard. The commander is not strictly required because the Niv and storm lines work independently, but her absence removes the primary mana acceleration and the fastest drain plan.
