Vampire's Revenge by user5039429

Format: Commander

Commander: Vraan, Executioner Thane

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Vraan, Executioner Thane leads a mono-black Vampire aristocrats shell that wins through repeated drain triggers backed by combat damage. The deck's primary plan is to play cheap Vampires, sacrifice them to Viscera Seer or Vermin Gorger, and convert each death into a global 2-life drain through Vraan. Secondary paths are Vampire beatdown with Captivating Vampire, and an infinite drain loop with Sanguine Bond and Bloodthirsty Conqueror. There is no hidden commander; Bloodthirsty Conqueror is the combo linchpin rather than a second commander. Vraan is an engine, not a combo piece, so the deck operates reasonably without him but is visibly slower when he is repeatedly removed or taxed.
