Deck overview

The deck uses Blind Seer and a large package of color-changing cards to manipulate protection, color-based removal, and creature targeting. Its strongest control engine is Dismiss into Dream: once Blind Seer or another targeting effect is available, each targeted opposing creature is sacrificed. The plan is powerful against creature-heavy boards but expensive, slow, and incomplete against noncreature strategies. Mana support from Sol Ring, Thran Dynamo, smaller rocks, and 39 Islands helps cast the high-cost pieces, while Fabricate, Tribute Mage, and Trophy Mage find selected artifacts. Azami, Lady of Scrolls, Verity Circle, and Lórien Revealed provide card flow, but they are not assembled with the primary control engine. The deck has useful blue interaction, yet its narrow protection and lack of a deterministic finisher make it a general casual control deck rather than a competitive combo or lock deck.
