Deck overview

This Golbez, Crystal Collector deck operates as an artifact-heavy midrange strategy that blends token creation with graveyard burn. Golbez surveils whenever an artifact enters and converts a board of four artifacts into free creature recursion every end step. Once the artifact count hits eight, returning high-power creatures such as Phyrexian Dreadnought or Death's Shadow drains each opponent for 12 or 13 life immediately. The deck fuels this threshold using cheap utility artifacts, artifact lands, and token engines like Sai, Master Thopterist and Simulacrum Synthesizer. Redundant tutors place high-power fodder straight into the graveyard, while Bolas's Citadel and Cyberdrive Awakener provide potent secondary win conditions. The deck is resilient, recursive, and able to transition smoothly between direct drain and overwhelming construct beatdown.
