Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Temur fight/enrage deck built around Bruce Banner // The Incredible Hulk. Early game, Banner is a cheap, repeatable draw spell stapled to a 1/1; the real game begins once you pay the eight-mana transform cost and flip into The Incredible Hulk, an 8/8 trample/reach monster whose Enrage turns damage into +1/+1 counters, untaps, and extra combat phases. The 99 is built to damage its own commander advantageously: Gimli's Reckless Might, The Last Agni Kai, Epic Fight, Boxing Ring, Wolverine, Fierce Fighter, and Bushwhack all trigger Enrage, while Karlach, Fury of Avernus, Anzrag, the Quake-Mole, and Maelstrom Wanderer add extra combats and haste. Secondary plans involve cheating out huge creatures with Thunderous Debut and World War Hulk, then closing with Exponential Growth or Beastmaster Ascension. There are no infinite combos; victory comes from overwhelming combat damage.
