Deck overview

This deck is a five-color Villain typal midrange strategy led by Thanos, the Mad Titan. It leverages a dense suite of low-cost mana ramp and rainbow lands to smooth its five-color requirements. The early game focuses on deploying synergistic Villain permanents such as Madame Hydra, Ultron, Unlimited, and Baron Strucker, HYDRA Overlord to generate creature tokens and filter cards via the connive mechanic. Mid-game turns establish board control through versatile removal spells and asymmetric board wipes, including Thanos's own power-up ability and Raise the Palisade. Aristocrat drain pieces like Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, and Impact Tremors convert token production and creature deaths into steady life-total pressure. The deck closes games around turn eight by deploying The Squadron Sinister for an evasive alpha strike or burning the table out with wide aristocrat sacrifice loops.
