This is a mono-white blink/ETB value deck helmed by Appa, Steadfast Guardian. Appa's flash body airbends any number of your nonland permanents on entry, letting you recast them from exile for a flat {2} while his cast-from-exile trigger floods the board with 1/1 Ally tokens. The 99 is packed with high-impact ETB creatures, cheap flicker spells, and doubling engines (Elesh Norn, Mother of Machines, Delney, Streetwise Lookout, Preston, the Vanisher) that turn every blink into exponential card advantage, removal, and bodies. Primary wins come from overwhelming combat-often capped by Moonshaker Cavalry-or from compact loops that feed Blasting Station or Preston's five-Illusion exile outlet.
