Orvar, the All-Form leads a mono-blue combo control strategy built around copying permanents whenever they are targeted by instants or sorceries. The deck accelerates through early mana rocks and cost reducers before resolving Orvar with instant-speed protection held up. The primary win condition loops cheap buyback spells like Whim of Volrath, Clockspinning, or Mind Games with cost reducers to create infinite untapped Island tokens and infinite mana. From there, the deck executes lethal damage by looping copies of Sunscorched Desert, drawing the entire library with Coveted Jewel or Aether Channeler to cast a lethal Walking Ballista, or assembling redundant flicker loops with Archaeomancer and Ghostly Flicker.
