Deck overview

This Sultai deck focuses on maximizing combat-damage triggers by pairing high-impact saboteur creatures with Felix Five-Boots. Felix doubles every combat-damage trigger on your permanents, turning strong combat payoffs into game-ending resource engines. The deck accelerates in the early game using a dense package of one- and two-mana ramp spells, followed by creature tutors and cheat enablers like Natural Order, Defense of the Heart, and Elvish Piper. By Turn 4 or 5, the deck deploys game-ending threats such as Old Gnawbone, Ojer Kaslem, Deepest Growth, Ancient Bronze Dragon, and Shredder, Shadow Master. Connecting with these creatures while Felix is on the battlefield rapidly floods the board, generates overwhelming mana, and halves opponents' life totals. A robust suite of instant-speed counterspells and spot removal protects the engine and disrupts opposing wins while you set up a decisive Turn 6 lethal combat attack across all three opponents.
