Eluge by imperium5

Format: Commander

Commander: Eluge, the Shoreless Sea

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Eluge builds a mono-blue flood engine: every enters or attack trigger turns a land into an Island, shrinking the cost of the first instant or sorcery each turn and making Eluge a growing beater. The primary finish is to flood enough lands, then cast Enter the Infinite for a minimal cost and win with Thassa's Oracle, or Laboratory Maniac if Oracle is unavailable. Supporting this, the deck runs a robust suite of counterspells, mass bounces, and sea creatures that can grind out a combat victory if the combo pieces do not come together. There is no double-faced commander in the list; Ojer Pakpatiq is a rebound enabler, not a hidden commander.
