Deck overview

This mono-red spellslinger deck helmed by Thor, God of Thunder aims to generate overwhelming value by chaining instants and sorceries, using Thor's ETB to recur key spells from the graveyard and his static ability to turn every noncreature spell into direct damage. The deck's primary path to victory is burn damage from Thor, Guttersnipe, Coruscation Mage, and Longshot, Rebel Bowman, with a secondary infinite-combo finish using Dualcaster Mage and Twinflame to create a lethal horde of token copies. A dense package of loot spells (discard-to-draw) and exile-based card selection (Party Thrasher, Wiccan, Young Avenger) provides dig, while rituals like Pyretic Ritual and Seething Song enable explosive early turns. The deck is fast but inconsistent, relying on drawing into its key pieces without traditional tutors.
