Deck overview

This deck leverages Ivy, Gleeful Spellthief to turn single-target spells into doubled value. By targeting another creature you control with Mutate creatures, Auras, or clone spells, Ivy automatically creates a copy targeting herself. The deck accelerates in the early turns with efficient mana dorks and land search, deploys Ivy on Turn 2, and lands a non-Human creature on Turn 3. From Turn 4 onward, casting targeted buffs or Mutate triggers generates massive card advantage through duplicated curiosity effects, constellation triggers, and spell-target card draw. The primary win condition relies on explosive flying combat damage, achieved by mutating heavy hitters like Auspicious Starrix or cheating massive Auras like Colossification via Arcanum Wings. Efficient 1-mana protection spells safeguard both threats simultaneously.
