Deck overview

The Wise Mothman is a value engine that turns rad counters and incidental mill into +1/+1 counters. The deck's primary plan is to land Mothman early, then use mill outlets and proliferate to grow a board while assembling a compact combo finish. The main kill is Food Chain plus Eternal Scourge or Misthollow Griffin with Altar of the Brood to empty all libraries; Duskmantle Guildmage with Mindcrank and Bloodchief Ascension provide alternative life-loss/mill loops. Simic Ascendancy offers a counter-based backup. The commander speeds the plan by adding rad counters and buffing creatures, but it is not required for any combo line.
