This competitive spellslinger combo deck is commanded by Vivi Ornitier, an engine that converts noncreature spells into table-wide burn, +1/+1 counters, and burst mana. The primary game plan deploys Vivi on turn 1 or 2 using explosive fast mana artifacts and rituals, then enchants Vivi with a damage-draw effect like Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or Tandem Lookout. Because Vivi deals 1 damage to each opponent whenever a noncreature spell is cast, each spell draws three fresh cards. This allows the deck to storm through its entire library using free rocks, rituals, and cantrips while burning all opponents out in a single turn.
