This Mardu deck pilots Kelsien, the Plague as a deathtouch pinger that grows with experience counters. The primary plan is to equip Kelsien with a deathtouch source (Basilisk Collar, Gorgon's Head, Quietus Spike), then tap to kill any creature and accumulate counters, turning him into a massive commander-damage threat. Secondary wins come from Syr Konrad, the Grim drain, Quietus Spike life-halving, and combat damage from deathtouch creatures like Vampire Nighthawk. The deck packs heavy removal, board wipes, and a solid protection suite to control the table while Kelsien snowballs.
