Deck overview

This deck is a thematic Selesnya midrange build focused on transforming Sagas and modified creature synergies from Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty. Led by Satsuki, the Living Lore, the deck aims to cast early Sagas and use Satsuki's tap ability to speed up chapter progression, bypassing normal wait times. As these Sagas reach chapter three, they exile and return as potent enchantment creatures like Portrait of Michiko and Branch of Boseiju. Cards like Historian's Boon, Generous Visitor, and Kami of Transience capitalize on enchantment casts and completions by generating tokens and stacking +1/+1 counters. The deck plays a fair, creature-based combat strategy that wins through overwhelming board presence. While it exhibits consistent land progression and resilient graveyard recursion through Satsuki's death trigger, it operates at a deliberate pace, relying on combat damage without fast mana, infinite combos, or heavy countermagic protection.
