Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a high-variance Izzet "borrowed board" deck that wants to turn the table's own creatures and spells against it. Commander Itazura, Lingering Wick keeps the hand fed with an upkeep exile-the-top-three selection trigger, while the 99 is packed with mass theft (Insurrection, Molten Primordial, Reins of Power), damage multipliers (City on Fire, Isengard Unleashed, Insult // Injury), and big red mana (Mana Geyser, Jeska's Will, Descent into Avernus, Braid of Fire). The usual path is to filter into a multiplier, steal every creature, then swing for enormous doubled/tripled damage, or to set up Repercussion with a damage sweeper for a one-shot burn kill. It is not a fast combo deck; it is a chaotic late-game bomb deck that punishes boards that overcommit.
