Deck overview

This deck is a high-impact Dragon Tribal Stompy list piloted by The Ur-Dragon. The game plan leverages the commander's eminence ability to reduce Dragon casting costs from the command zone, allowing early acceleration into massive flying threats. The deck builds mana velocity through early dorks, land ramp, and specialized cost reducers like Dragonspeaker Shaman and Dragonlord's Servant. By turn 4, it deploys engine pieces such as Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm, Temur Ascendancy, or Hellkite Courser. On turn 5, it transitions into critical onset by swinging with The Ur-Dragon or triggering explosive direct damage from Terror of the Peaks and Scourge of Valkas. The deck closes out the table around turn 6 with double strike from Atarka, World Render or an overwhelming dragon swarm. Defensively, it runs key protection spells like Heroic Intervention and asymmetric sweepers like Crux of Fate.
