Deck overview

This deck is a Jeskai God-tribal deck commanded by the custom partner pair Kratos, Stoic Father and Atreus, Impulsive Son. The strategy revolves around leveraging the God creature type to rapidly build experience counters whenever Gods attack or die. Kratos converts these counters into expanding +1/+1 counters each end step, turning your legendary creatures into massive threats. Meanwhile, Atreus converts experience counters into potent card draw and direct burn to all opponents. Supported by indestructible Theros and Amonkhet deities, damage multipliers like Fiery Emancipation and Collective Inferno, and extra combats from Aurelia, the Warleader, the deck applies escalating pressure across both combat and noncombat axes. A suite of low-cost interaction and counter-based protection like Ripples of Potential helps safeguard your board while you assemble a lethal alpha strike.
