Lord of Pain by dmano13201

Format: Commander

Commander: The Lord of Pain

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

The Lord of Pain leads a black-red pain/slug deck that turns every spell into a bolt. The primary plan is to cast the commander early, stack damage multipliers, and drain the table through its cast trigger plus enchantments like Sulfuric Vortex and Spiteful Visions. The fastest finish is the Bloodthirsty Conqueror plus Marauding Blight-Priest infinite life-loss loop, started by any damage after the Conqueror resolves. Secondary paths are Cabal Coffers-fueled Torment of Hailfire/Exsanguinate, a Master of Cruelties one-shot with Rogue's Passage, and repeated Valakut Exploration burn. Vial Smasher and Tor Wauki act as backup first-spell pings. This is not a hidden-commander build; it is built to exploit The Lord of Pain's trigger.
