Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive combat swarm built under an extreme thematic constraint: nearly every creature card possesses the prowess mechanic. Commanded by Narset, Enlightened Exile, the primary game plan curves out with efficient prowess creatures on turns 1 through 3 before casting Narset on turn 4 to give the entire army double prowess. Secondary token producers and lords such as Bria, Riptide Rogue, Monastery Mentor, and Sokka, Tenacious Tactician rapidly expand the attacking force. Because the deck commits almost entirely to creature permanents, it lacks traditional spellslinger cantrips, spot removal, and counterspells, relying on raw combat math and incidental graveyard targets from opponents to push damage through. While the deck deploys quickly and recovers easily from removal thanks to dense creature redundancy, its lack of reactive interaction and defensive shielding leaves it vulnerable to opposing board wipes and faster combo strategies.
