Deck overview

Talrand, Sky Summoner is a mono-blue instant/sorcery deck that turns cheap spells into a flying Drake army. The primary plan is to land Talrand, protect it with counters, and bury opponents under card advantage from cantrips, draw spells, and token producers. Secondary paths include a small Merfolk tribal package with Namor and Svyelun, plus a compact flicker engine using Deadeye Navigator, Peregrine Drake, and Cloud of Faeries to generate infinite mana and infinite Drakes. The deck also has a hidden commander in Fortune Teller's Talent, which can generate card advantage and eventually reduce spell costs. The deck is built to use Talrand as the main engine, with the flicker combo as a backup win condition.
