Deck overview

This Temur deck is an aggressive Dragon stompy engine commanded by Ureni of the Unwritten. The primary strategy focuses on deploying early mana acceleration through low-cost land search, mana dorks, and artifacts to power out Ureni ahead of curve on Turn 5. Upon entry, Ureni immediately digs eight cards deep to cheat a high-impact Dragon into play, establishing a massive airborne board presence. Synergistic payoffs like Temur Ascendancy and Dragon Tempest grant immediate haste, allowing Ureni to attack on the same or subsequent turn to cheat additional Dragons and trigger cascading burn or combat multipliers such as Terror of the Peaks, Atarka, World Render, and Miirym, Sentinel Wyrm. While the deck is inherently reliant on creature combat and vulnerable to well-timed board wipes, its dense functional redundancy, resilient alternate threats, and stack-based protection ensure sustained offensive momentum across multi-turn assaults.
