Bardly working by Boki

Format: Commander

Commander: Bard, King of Dale

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Bard, King of Dale is the engine of this Azorius token deck: his replacement effects double every non-first draw and every token creation. The primary plan is to set up cheap draw-on-draw and token-on-draw creatures, then land Bard and compound draw triggers into a wide board with Nadir Kraken, Ethereal Investigator, Adeline, Resplendent Cathar, and Caretaker's Talent. Secondary paths use Psychosis Crawler as a large-hand drain and mass pump finishes from Moonshaker Cavalry or Akroma's Will. There is no double-faced commander; Bard the Bowman is a supporting lieutenant rather than a hidden commander. The deck is a mid-speed engine with no infinite combo.
