Deck overview

This deck is a Jeskai go-wide synergy deck led by Kasla, the Broken Halo. Its primary strategy builds an early creature presence through efficient token generators like Battle Screech, Staff of the Storyteller, and Saint Traft and Rem Karolus. These tokens accelerate the deployment of Kasla, the Broken Halo and other high-impact convoke spells ahead of curve. Once assembled, Kasla transforms every subsequent convoke spell into card advantage through repeatable scrying and drawing. The deck transitions into a lethal threat around Turn 6 by buffing the wide board with Virtue of Loyalty // Ardenvale Fealty, Champions from Beyond, or Jeskai Ascendancy. Defensive tools like The Wandering Rescuer and Adept Watershaper synergize naturally with convoke by shielding tapped creatures from removal.
