Deck overview

This Temur dragon deck is helmed by Ureni of the Unwritten, a repeatable battlefield tutor that cheats out huge dragons from the top of the library. The primary game plan is to ramp into Ureni, then use its ETB and attack triggers to deploy an army of flying, trampling dragons. The deck leans on combat superiority, with extra combat steps from Scourge of the Throne and double-strike enablers like Terror of Mount Velus and Atarka, World Render to close out games. The value engine is sustained by Rhystic Study, The One Ring, and Temur Ascendancy, while Dragon Tempest grants haste to the entire airborne assault. The deck avoids infinite combos, relying on overwhelming board presence and incremental advantage.
