Just Hoppin Around by BorosBoiii

Format: Commander

Commander: Kwain, Itinerant Meddler

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Kwain leads a group-hug stax deck that gives opponents extra cards and then punishes them for keeping them. The main plan forces draws with Kwain, Temple Bell, Howling Mine, Kami of the Crescent Moon, Mikokoro and Folio of Fancies, then drains with Psychosis Crawler, Scrawling Crawler, Iron Maiden and Ebony Owl Netsuke or mills with Folio. Smothering Tithe, Rhystic Study, Consecrated Sphinx and The Council of Four turn those draws into mana and cards while Ghostly Prison, Propaganda, Peacekeeper and Silent Arbiter block attacks. Secondary wins are Approach of the Second Sun and self-decking with Jace, Wielder of Mysteries or Laboratory Maniac. Kwain is a repeatable draw engine, not a combo piece. No single hidden commander exists; Psychosis Crawler and Smothering Tithe act as the central payoffs.
