Deck overview

This Azorius control deck turns card advantage into a primary win condition. Led by King T'Challa, the deck capitalizes on symmetric draw effects like Dictate of Kruphix to trigger its commander on every player's turn. It uses defensive enchantments like Propaganda and Sphere of Safety to deter incoming combat while steadily making land drops from a 43-land base. As the game extends into later turns, the deck leverages large mana reserves into explosive draw spells like Mathemagics and Finale of Revelation, rapidly digging toward alternate win conditions including Thassa's Oracle, Laboratory Maniac, and Twenty-Toed Toad. Although it lacks fast mana acceleration and targeted tutors, its massive draw volume ensures consistent late-game access to answers and game-ending payoffs.
