Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos midrange value engine piloted by Prosper, Tome-Bound. The primary strategy focuses on generating steady card flow and Treasure tokens through impulse exile effects. In the early game, the deck establishes mana rocks and deploys Prosper by Turn 3 or 4 to unlock its core engine. Midgame turns leverage Treasure velocity and synergy cards like Xorn, Grim Hireling, and Wild-Magic Sorcerer to cast high-impact spells and clear opposing boards with sweepers such as Toxic Deluge and Blasphemous Act. The endgame culminates around Turn 7 with a devastating Torment of Hailfire powered by accumulated Treasures, an explosive Living Death, or an evasive dragon aerial assault featuring Drakuseth, Maw of Flames and Cavern-Hoard Dragon, often accelerated by Mirkwood Bats life drain. The deck excels at resource generation and board management, though it remains vulnerable to stack interaction and enchantment-heavy strategies.
