Deck overview

This deck is a Rakdos spellslinger and typal burn strategy built around Kuja, Genome Sorcerer. The game plan revolves around casting Kuja early, generating 0/1 Wizard creature tokens that ping each opponent whenever noncreature spells are cast, and transforming Kuja into Trance Kuja, Fate Defied. Once transformed, Trance Kuja doubles all damage dealt by Wizards, turning every cheap cantrip, ritual, and removal spell into a multi-target burn trigger that hits all three opponents at once. The deck sustains its spell chains through efficient impulse draw, cost reducers, and mana engines like Storm-Kiln Artist and Neheb, the Eternal. Backup damage amplifiers such as Twinflame Tyrant, Collective Inferno, and Harmonic Prodigy ensure lethal burn reach even without Kuja. While vulnerable to early creature sweepers, the list delivers high noncombat burst damage and closes games quickly.
