Deck overview

This five-color deck pairs Michelangelo, the Heart and Leonardo, the Balance to form an engine built around token creation and +1/+1 counters. Michelangelo provides early Food tokens and counter placement, while Leonardo converts every token trigger into team-wide growth and offers a five-color combat activation granting trample, menace, and lifelink. The 99 features synergistic token generators, explosive counter enhancers like Cathars' Crusade and All Will Be One, and card-draw engines like Danny Pink. The deck also packs the infinite combo of Rosie Cotton of South Lane with Scurry Oak, Basking Broodscale, or Herd Baloth. Supported by free commander interaction and protection spells, the deck reliably establishes its board on Turn 4, threatens critical lethal pressure on Turn 5, and closes games on Turn 6.
