Deck overview

This Orzhov deck is commanded by Nalia de'Arnise and focuses on assembling a full party consisting of a Cleric, Rogue, Warrior, and Wizard. By playing low-cost creatures and versatile changelings such as Universal Automaton and Changeling Outcast, the deck quickly unlocks Nalia's full-party ability to distribute +1/+1 counters and grant deathtouch to the whole team every combat. Nalia also acts as a card advantage engine by allowing party creatures to be cast directly from the top of the library. Mid-game scaling is powered by overrun threats like Mirror Entity and Cathars' Crusade, while Treasure generators like Burakos, Party Leader and Grim Hireling ensure high mana velocity. Secondary aristocrat synergies through Elas il-Kor, Sadistic Pilgrim and Zulaport Cutthroat turn opposing removal and creature trades into direct life drain.
