Dane AI Clone (copy)

Format: Commander

Commander: The Ever-Changing 'Dane

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Esper reanimator-shapeshifter deck that turbo-fills the graveyard and cheats in high-impact ETB/death-trigger creatures. The Ever-Changing 'Dane is a utility clone/sac outlet: it sacrifices other creatures to copy their best stats/abilities, creating redundant copies of Archon of Cruelty or Kokusho while still retaining its own copying ability. Secondary plans are sacrifice-drain value via Gray Merchant/Cruel Celebrant and incremental combat with multiple cloned flyers. The deck is not an all-in combo; it wins through repeated reanimation, copying, and draining, with the commander providing the most flexible repeatable sac-to-copy engine. There is no hidden commander; the list is built around the commander's interaction with reanimator and cloning.
