Deck overview

This deck is a high-synergy Boros aggressive combat deck built around Sephiroth, Fallen Hero. It combines low-cost Soldier tokens and counter-granting engines with modified creature payoffs. On early turns, the deck sets up mana rocks, token generators like SOLDIER Military Program, and utility creatures. Once Sephiroth enters on turn 4, its Jenova Cells ability sets the base power and toughness of all modified creatures to 7/5 during combat, turning small utility creatures and 1/1 tokens into massive lethal threats. Evasion and combat buffs from cards like Abzan Falconer, Chocobo Knights, and Iroas, God of Victory ensure damage connects cleanly. A resilient suite of protective spells defends key pieces from removal.
