Deck overview

This deck is an explosive Izzet spellslinger storm and burn strategy commanded by Vivi Ornitier. Vivi acts as both a win condition and a massive mana engine, placing +1/+1 counters on itself and pinging each opponent for one damage whenever you cast a noncreature spell. Once Vivi grows, its free mana activation converts its power into a burst of blue and red mana to fuel further spells. The deck features format-ceiling fast mana, premium draw engines like Rhystic Study and The One Ring, and multiplier permanents like Veyran, Voice of Duality and Harmonic Prodigy that double Vivi's triggers. While it lacks tutors to reliably fetch its infinite backup combo of Dualcaster Mage and Twinflame, dense cantrips and delve draw keep resources flowing. The primary game plan reliably assembles on Turn 4, launches an overwhelming storm turn on Turn 5, and eliminates all three opponents by Turn 6 through unavoidable table-wide burn damage.
