Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Ghyrson Starn, Kelermorph is the amplifier at the center of a low-to-the-ground Izzet pinger deck. The primary plan is to land Ghyrson, attach him to a cheap repeatable pinger such as Firebrand Archer, Electrostatic Field, or Coruscation Mage, and then machine-gun cheap instants and sorceries so every 1-damage ping becomes 3 damage to each opponent. Secondary paths include Niv-Mizzet, Parun with Curiosity for infinite draw/damage, wizard-token drains from Queen Brahne and Mage Siege, and Thousand-Year Storm copies. Ghyrson also acts as removal: one-damage sweepers are multiplied into 3-damage board wipes. There is no hidden commander; the 99 is built to maximize Ghyrson's trigger.
