This deck contains exactly one nonland card, Smaug, Wicked Worm, and 99 Mountains. Smaug costs {3}{B}{R}; since every land produces only red mana, no sequence of plays can ever pay the black mana. There are no other spells, no alternate win conditions, and no way to affect the board. The commander's intended role is a treasure and card-draw engine, but it is uncastable.
