Jill,Warden of Ice by MTGIsMyPassion69

Format: Commander

Commander: Jill, Shiva's Dominant // Shiva, Warden of Ice

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This mono-blue control deck leverages Jill, Shivas Dominant to control the board before transforming her into Shiva, Warden of Ice. The front face clears opposing threats via repeated bounce effects, while the Saga back face makes key attackers unblockable and taps down opposing lands to secure safe alpha strikes. The deck controls the pace of play using efficient counterspells, tempo bounces, and blink engines like Thassa, Deep-Dwelling and Displacer Kitten. It closes games by chaining bounce loops with Hullbreaker Horror, establishing an insurmountable card advantage lock with Jin-Gitaxias, Progress Tyrant, or delivering lethal unblockable combat damage with cloned and evasive beaters.
