Deck overview

This Golgari deck utilizes Lathril, Blade of the Elves at the helm of a fast, synergistic Elf tribal swarm strategy. The primary game plan develops rapid mana velocity through one-drop mana dorks and scaling mana generators such as Priest of Titania and Elvish Archdruid. Once Lathril enters the battlefield, menace allows her to connect in combat and spawn a wide army of Elf Warrior tokens. The deck rapidly converts this numerical advantage into overwhelming board presence using token doublers like Elven Ambush and card advantage engines like Beast Whisperer. Victory is achieved either by overrunning the table with Ezuri, Renegade Leader and Craterhoof Behemoth, tapping ten Elves to drain life with Lathril, or executing an infinite mana loop with Sword of the Paruns. The deck maintains strong resilience through mass recursion and regeneration, though it remains soft to exile sweepers.
